I’m Lucia — founder, creative director, and the heart behind RYNA Creative.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, I knew I wanted more — more creativity, more impact, and more meaning in the work I was doing. I saw firsthand how many businesses were operating with brands and websites that didn’t reflect their potential. They were playing small online — and it was costing them.
That’s why I launched RYNA Creative: to help businesses show up strategically and beautifully in the digital space — with brands that feel right and websites that actually work.
I’ve trained with SheCodes, Standout Squarespace, DigitalMarketer, Coursera, and more — always staying curious and committed to helping clients get real results from their online presence.

Office Assistant ExtraordinaireElliott Jr. may have four paws, but he’s a pro at "fetching" compliments and "digging up" great ideas! As our resident Chocolate Lab and Office Assistant, Elliott specializes in office morale, desk-side naps, and ensuring everyone takes their mandatory petting breaks. When he's not snoozing, he's perfecting his puppy-dog eyes—his secret to winning over clients and team members alike.
Need help with website design? He’ll be there…mostly to lie down in the warmest spot on the floor, but he’ll be there!

Co-Office Assistant and Snack EnthusiastToffee is our delightful Husky/Lab mix with a knack for "howl-some" inspiration! As Elliott Jr.’s trusted sidekick, he takes office assisting to a new level with his expert tail wags and impeccable snack-finding skills (no treat is safe). Rescued from the wilds, he’s now the heart and soul of the team, making sure no one forgets their lunch—or his! When he’s not "paw-ffering" advice, he’s supervising break time to ensure maximum belly rub distribution.

Once you sign the agreement and pay your deposit, you will get our Welcome Pack. This pack contains project details and a brief questionnaire. This homework helps us collect important information for creating your ideal branding and website. Your answers are vital to making sure your brand looks unified, aligns with your values, and connects with your target audience. By sharing your thoughts, you lay the groundwork for a successful partnership and a brand that genuinely represents you.

Using the information you've provided, we'll begin our research and develop a Creative Direction, followed by your initial Design Concepts. Revisions are included in every project to ensure you get a design you truly love. Once you're satisfied with the final design, we’ll prepare and package all your deliverables.

Time to celebrate! It’s that simple. Depending on the service you’ve selected, you’ll receive all of your deliverables via Google Drive. We’ll also provide you with a detailed Brand Guidelines document, showing you how to confidently and consistently use each of your brand’s assets effectively.
